Management Profiles

SPEC is owned by four working partners that each bring a different expertise to the company.

Bob Hubert, President

Mr. Hubert is the administrative and financial principal of SPEC. He brings his expertise in contract management and budget control to every project SPEC performs. He is integrally involved in insuring that SPEC does an excellent job for every client.

Steve Murray, Vice President of Operations

Mr. Murray brings a unique combination of experience and talent to SPEC. He has long experience as a chemical engineer and has successfully managed many challenging manufacturing projects. He brings this unique combination of skills to his management of our project and construction teams

Rob Mitchell, Vice President of Engineering

Mr. Mitchell brings over 25 years of chemical engineering experience to his projects at SPEC. He is the core of our team of “Super Smart Problem Solvers” and is thoroughly involved in every process project at SPEC.

Steve Landau, Vice President of Control Systems

SPEC is unique in that we maintain our own in-house controls group. This group is headed by Mr. Landau, who brings his extensive design and programming skills to SPEC projects.
