Precision Mixer Selection

Using proprietary, computer-aided selection procedures, our engineers combine fluid dynamics fundamentals with your individual process requirements to generate a variety of alternatives for agitator size, power, gear ratio and impeller diameter and type.

Mounting

The MR agitators are designed to be mounted vertically over open tanks. The gearbox can be mounted by either bolting directly onto the support beams, or with an optional square base plate.

Wetted parts

The standard material for construction is 316 stainless steel. Carbon steel, duplex and a variety of coating options can also be supplied if requested. The impeller systems can be either permanently fixed to the shaft or removable for easy transport and assembly.
