LKH UltraPure Sanitary Centrifugal Pumps

LKH UltraPure centrifugal pump is a special member of the extensive range of LKH units, designed to meet the special demands common in the production of pharmaceuticals, including Water-For-Injection (WFI).

These pumps are built with extra-hygienic design features, including a special flush arrangement and chemically resistant surface finishes. All the surfaces that come in contact with the product being pumped are made of AISI 316L stainless steel for corrosion resistance. LKH UltraPure pumps can be cleaned in place, sterilized in place or cleaned manually and is authorized to carry the 3A symbol.

LKH UltraPure units are currently available in five different sizes – with capacities of up to 90 m3/hour – and a wide range of options. These include a zero dead leg diaphragm valve, a needle valve prior to the seal housing and a check valve after it, a PTFE flowmeter, an air-actuated diaphragm valve, and fully drainable flush pipework.
