• Development of full Guaranteed Maximum Price Package that includes preliminary design, process engineering, equipment specification and contract budget.
• Collaboration with municipal authorities for permitting, fire department review and approval and support of special permit applications
• Completion of Detailed Design for construction
• Supply at risk general contracting services for project construction including project management and on site superintendent
• Plant start-up support and operator training
